Three extraterrestrials who have taken the form of earth creatures (two as humans, one a humble cat) team up with a novelist to take down a far more sinister alien. Combining silly animal tropes with pet-swapped action movie mainstays, Lam Ngai Kai (best known for the viciously violent martial arts film Riki-Oh: The Story of Ricky) renders an epic cross-species battle that is, at times, nonsensical, but always a blast.
