Reunited with her family after the Congo-Kinshasa war, journalist Aziza is haunted by horrors other women endured, and returns to Eastern Congo to find that the legacy of violence continues.
In this comedic drama from director Otiss Ba Mamadou, Idrissa, a man living in the suburbs of Dakar, loses his job as a civil servant with the IMF. After months of unsuccessful job hunting, a disillusioned and emasculated Idrissa decides to enact revenge on the man responsible for letting him go. All the while, his daughter also finds her life disrupted by the economic realities of Senegal.
